By booking with Tickets2USA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Bookings – By completing a booking through our website or with our customer service team, you are entering into a contract with Tickets2USA or its associated suppliers. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation or invoice.
Deposit – A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings. This deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another booking. The balance of your payment must be settled by the specified due date.
Payment Methods – Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Payments made via credit cards may incur a processing fee.
Payment Due Dates – If a deposit is paid, the final balance must be settled by the specified date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
Pricing – All fares and prices are subject to availability and change. Prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.
Cancellation by Customer – Cancellations must be made in writing. Most tickets are non-refundable, but some bookings may be changeable with applicable fees. Please refer to the specific conditions for your booking.
Amendments – Amendments to bookings may incur a fee, plus any additional charges imposed by the airline or service provider.
Cancellation by Supplier – In the unlikely event that a supplier cancels your booking, we will provide you with alternative options, including a refund or rebooking, subject to the supplier's policies.
All cancellations are subject to both Tickets2USA’s service fees and the airline’s fare rules.
Airline policies vary based on the fare type, route, and booking class (Business, Premium, or Economy).
Some tickets, especially promotional or discounted fares, may be non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.
A £75 agency cancellation fee per passenger applies to all same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of booking).
In addition to the agency fee, airline cancellation or fare difference charges (if any) will also apply as per the airline’s policy.
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s rules for the selected fare type.

If an airline cancels or reschedules your flight, we will assist you in obtaining a refund, credit note, or rebooking, in accordance with the airline’s policy.
